Privacy Policy

Account and profile data. Your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (including identifiers from a sign-in provider such as Google, if you use one).

Your inputs and job data. Information you provide to create videos, including niche, audience, brand settings, topic overrides, content mode, ad and showcase fields (such as product or service names, descriptions, features, offers, calls to action, destination URLs, and requested platform), topics to avoid, prompts, uploaded product or reference images, and metadata about generated assets.

Generated content. Scripts, narration, captions, videos, titles, hashtags, quality-check (QC) reports, and related production metadata.

Technical and service data. Request IDs, job status, error and QC data, timestamps, and device, browser, and log information reasonably needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To create your account, authenticate you, and provide the Service.
• To research, produce, check, and deliver the videos you request and keep them in your library.
• To track credits, job status, failures, and credit restorations.
• To troubleshoot, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and improve the Service.
• For review by authorized MillsGuild personnel: generated content, submitted prompts and briefs, and related job metadata may be reviewed for abuse prevention, policy enforcement, quality assurance, fraud and security, and customer support. Access is limited to staff with an administrative role, and administrative actions are logged.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

To perform the features you request, we share only the data reasonably needed with service providers that process it on our behalf. Current categories and examples include:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Lovable — hosting and application infrastructure.
• Make — workflow orchestration of video production.
• OpenAI — research, writing, and production planning.
• Google Gemini — visual and final quality checks.
• ElevenLabs — voice and narration.
• Runway — AI video generation.
• Cloudinary — media hosting and processing.
• JSON2Video — video assembly and rendering.
• Pexels — stock media.
• PostFast or other connected social handoff providers — only when you enable those features.

Your prompts, inputs, and uploaded or reference images may be transmitted to the relevant generation and processing providers to fulfill the video you request. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern their handling of data.

MillsGuild does not sell your personal information. We do not provide your private job data, prompts, or generated content to advertisers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We use cookies, session storage, and local storage for authentication, preferences, security, and normal operation of the Service.

Please do not upload sensitive or confidential information, or information you are not authorized to share and process, because inputs may be sent to the service providers described above.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your library and account history, keep the Service secure, meet legal obligations, and maintain backups. You can request deletion by emailing jeremy@millsguild.com. Deleting an account or output may not immediately remove limited backup or security records where keeping them is legally or operationally necessary.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to appeal certain privacy decisions. To make a request, contact jeremy@millsguild.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice when appropriate.
