Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Provide truthful account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at jeremy@millsguild.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service provides AI-assisted research, scripting, narration, visuals, rendering, captions, quality checks, delivery to your library, and, where enabled, optional social handoff. You review and approve outputs. Deciding whether and where to publish is your responsibility.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. Quality checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee. Before publishing, you must independently review factual claims, legal and compliance claims, ads, product claims, regulated topics, copyrighted or trademarked material, and compliance with platform policies.

We do not guarantee views, virality, monetization, sales, ad approval, conversions, SEO ranking, platform acceptance, or revenue.

You keep your rights in what you upload and submit. You grant MillsGuild a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, provide, improve, and security-test the Service, including sending it to our service providers.

You promise you have the rights and permissions needed for any images, brands, logos, voices, likenesses, products, music, and claims you provide.

You may use outputs delivered to you, subject to applicable law and any third-party or provider licenses. AI-generated and stock elements may not be exclusive or unique, and similar outputs may be produced for others.

You may not use the Service for, or to attempt:

• illegal activity;
• infringement of intellectual property or other rights;
• fraud or deceptive practices;
• malware or other harmful code;
• harassment or threats;
• sexual exploitation of minors or child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• unlawful impersonation or deepfake abuse;
• bypassing security, abusing credits, scraping private data, or overloading the Service;
• violating the rules of third-party platforms.

Authorized MillsGuild personnel may review generated content, submitted prompts and briefs, and related job metadata for abuse prevention, policy enforcement, quality assurance, fraud and security, and customer support.

We may add internal notes to accounts or content, pause new video generation for an account while we look into a concern, and suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms. Pausing generation does not cancel videos already in progress.

The Service may provide trial or beta credits. Prices, features, and credit allocations may change. When the system determines a production job has failed, the associated video credit may be restored; this is not a promise of a cash refund. If paid checkout is introduced, the pricing and refund terms shown at purchase will also apply.

The Service depends on third-party providers. Outages, API changes, account restrictions, or platform rejections may affect availability or results. Connected social handoff or publishing remains subject to your third-party account permissions and those platforms' rules.

You are responsible for substantiating product claims and for disclosures, endorsements, pricing, offers, promotions, and any legal or platform notices required for content you publish.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Where practical, download any outputs you need before your account is closed.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, MillsGuild will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. MillsGuild's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid MillsGuild for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify MillsGuild against claims arising from your content, your instructions, outputs you publish, your violation of others' rights, or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Taylor County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Contact: MillsGuild LLC, jeremy@millsguild.com.
